The location is a 2 minute walk for me from Kennington tube, a 6 minute walk from Elephant and Castle and 10 minutes on a bus from Brixton. There is also a communal barbecue where you can host events in the allotment area. This is a quiet and peaceful area and the property is well insulated, providing great privacy. Elephant and Castle regeneration is positively impacting the area and the soon-to-be-built shopping centre should increase the value of the area in the short term.
