A message from the current owner
We have really loved living at Warminster Road. Firstly, the maisonette itself is light, spacious and has lots of storage! We think it's ideal for a couple or small family. Throughout the pandemic, we have used the second bedroom as an office space but it is a good size for a second bedroom. The road itself is very quiet and the back of the flat looks out onto South Norwood Lake - a great place for walking, cycling, sailing and even fishing. You can walk to Norwood Junction in less than 15 minutes (for quick connections to central London), or alternatively you can walk to Crystal Palace station (first stop on the overground). We tend to spend most of our time in Crystal Palace, which has great restaurants, cafes, shops and more green space - it's quick and easy to get to by bike, by bus or by car. We love that we can also easily park a car right outside the property (for free), as we can then easily get away from London at the weekends too - usually down to Surrey or Sussex.

The Craft Beer Cabin
Cute little place with the biggest selection of craft beers I've found in ages.
Organic food, homemade stuff, including cakes and pastries, meditation evenings, live music at the weekends, an outside terrace and a really funky interior... Love it!!
South Norwood Lake and Grounds
Feeding the ducks on South Norwood Lake is a great way to escape city life.
