A message from the current owner

The flat has great storage with space in the cupboard by the front door for bikes, suitcases etc. In the bedroom we had a king-size bed, enough space for drawers either side and a desk in the window. The double wardrobes provide us with ample space. The living room has wide shelving which we used as a standing desk, however this can easily be removed & make space for a dining table & chairs (as we once had). Between the living room & bathroom is further storage which we used for towels, bedding etc. The bathroom & kitchen were fitted out to maximize space & storage with a highly durable finish, we were not planning on moving & paid extra for a high spec worktop. The flat is well insulated, cool in the summer, warm in the winter, so bills are low & noise from the road and neighbors (who are lovely) is minimal. The carpets & boiler are brand new. There's a grape vine in the garden (we contributed to the Tooting wine co-operative) and a shed where we stored a BBQ.
