A message from the current owner

The Battersea Reach Development has a real sense of security with patrolling staff and access controls - it has been such a trouble-free time living here. A moment's walk from Wandsworth Town Highstreet (Old York Road) with a few lovely bakeries, pubs and coffee shops to chose from. We're also on the river so the Thames Walk is an easy option for a picturesque stroll! Wandsworth Town Station has really reliable and easy access to Waterloo, with easy onward journeys to the City of London, the West End or East London from there. Buses to Fulham, Chelsea, Victoria and Clapham stop just outside the development too. The communal gardens are so well kept that a few residents sun-bathe there when we're lucky enough to experience some sun. The riverside sometimes welcomes live music and has an amazing pub for a drink by the Thames. All-in-all, it has been so easy and pleasant living here.
