I loved living here. It is very conveniently situated. I love to walk so could make it home from Trafalgar Square in 40 minutes enjoying the scenic route at a relaxed pace. Personally, I love that I could make it to both Tate museums on foot. The whole place was refurbished to a high standard and needs no upgrades, you can move straight in with no worries. It comes with a share of the freehold; this gives you a lovely sense of permanence. The garden is your own so a nice space to be outside without leaving home. I hope you enjoy my creations especially while relaxing on a warm summer evening. It is close to the middle of London yet it is a quiet residential area with a sense of community. You can join in with the neighbours if you wish as they will not hound you. It is a light bright flat, the sun pours in the front, and the high ceilings make the space feel much bigger than it is. It was my sanctuary and could be yours.
