My wife and I bought the apartment as our first home, so we designed and furnished it to a high standard so that we could enjoy our time there. This apartment is one of the few Large 1-beds in the complex; sharing the same sqm as the 2-beds. So an ideal place for a couple or someone with lots of stuff! As we have since moved abroad, we will be offering all of the furnishings free of charge (over £15k in value). Directly outside the apartment is the common park area, which was a huge draw when the place was being built and was a reason why we chose to spend the extra to get park-side. As with the rest of Lambeth, it's a buzzing area, so when the sun hits it's a great place to be. The location is fantastic, at the end of the road the buses can take you to one of 3 stations or even directly into the city (I personally preferred to commute to Bank using the bus).
