Halloween’s the perfect time for spooky stories – but don’t let your empty Half Term dairy be one of them! There are so many scary good events around the Capital, and these family-friendly neighbourhoods are hosting the best ones for little thrill-seekers. Make the Half Term memorable with pumpkin carving, tiptoeing through a haunted trail, learning some spine-chilling history...or showing off their Monster Mash at the Pop Kids Halloween Party.

Berkshire

🎃 What's on in Berkshire?: What's better than carving spooky jack-o-lanterns for Halloween? When you've picked out that perfect pumpkin from the pumpkin patch at Copas Farms Fruit Fields.

Family life in Berkshire: Towns in Berkshire like Maidenhead and Bracknell are beloved by growing families for their big homes with big gardens. Plenty of outdoor space, a slower countryside way of life and great schools make this county dreamy for young families.

It is making a splash in the Half Term, with a wealth of kid-friendly activities including make your own spooky wind puppets, face painting and pumpkin carving and a Halloween Run.

Family life in Battersea: Battersea is a great place to live with children. With the gorgeous 200-acre Battersea Park, including a Children’s Zoo, there’s plenty of room to run around.
