“Foxtons were fantastic from start to finish. They found a tenant for my property on the very same day they came to do the valuation – before it even went on the market! The tenant has now moved in, and I couldn’t be happier. A special mention goes to Sanaa Kaya, who was excellent throughout the whole process. Her customer service and communication skills are second to none, and she made everything smooth and stress-free. Really pleased with the service received – highly recommend Foxtons and especially Sanaa for anyone looking to let their property quickly and professionally.”

“My wife and I are letting our property via Foxtons in Elephant and Castle. Our main point of contact, Ranjit Singh, has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, providing us with excellent service and getting tenants in swiftly, dealing with all the admin and being very available. He went through the landlord licence application with me in person in the office, giving up time in his busy day to see me face-to-face, which I valued. Our one-year-old daughter was even there while we chatted. We wanted to say thank you for how smoothly the process has been handled so far.”

“As a local landlord, I was really pleased with the service I received from Sean and his team at Foxtons North Finchley. Sean kept me updated every step of the way and was very responsive and highly professional. If you are a landlord looking for a tenant in the area, I would recommend.”

Our core letting management fees are charged as a percentage of the rental price (plus VAT). This is payable when your tenant/s sign the tenancy agreement. Other property management costs, such as our tenancy agreement and cleaning fees, are one-off payments charged where requested.
Choosing our combined lettings and property management service takes all the work off your hands as a landlord. We'll manage the process end-to-end, from finding the right tenants and preparing the tenancy agreement to arranging quotes, repairs and maintenance, and overseeing the check-out process. You'll have a dedicated property manager to call on and regular property inspections for your peace of mind.
You'll also get access to My Foxtons. Think of it as your digital assistant that keeps you in the loop, with real-time viewing updates, rent notifications, deposit resolution tracking and much more.
Yes, both our lettings-only and management service fees get lower the longer you're with us. With our property management fees, the percentage charged also reduces if you give us more properties to manage. It's our way of giving something back if you choose Foxtons as your primary property partner.
Our lettings-only service is a better option if you like to be a more hands-on landlord. We'll market your property, vet prospective tenants, do all the necessary checks and prepare the tenancy agreement to make sure your property isn't left empty. Once the tenants move in, you'll still be responsible for things like maintenance, repairs and managing the check-out process.
Paying our property management fees takes much of that responsibility away if you prefer to be a more hands-off landlord. Our combined lettings and property management service takes care of everything, giving you some added perks like a dedicated property manager, proactive credit control and access to a panel of vetted contractors.
