What locals say about E10

“I have lived in Leyton since 2002. I live on the Barclay Estate, in a 3 Bedroomed, 2 reception home with lots of original features. This is a unique terrace of houses as there are none like them any where on the estate, good sized garden and having Walthamstow and Leytonstone stations near by and of course the overground is a real blessing. The people on the demographics of this area is changing, where as one time there were a lot of Asians, they are now becoming the minority here due to the influx of buyers from Hackney and Dalston that are mainly black or white professionals. The neighbourhood is friendly and the bars are good esp Leyton Tech. I bought my house for £211,995, and was valued on the 22/6.14 and it came in at £535,000. So if you want to live in an area with tons of green spaces lakes and parks and close to the largest urban shopping center in Europe, Leyton is the place to be. Don't miss out house are selling fa st. Good Luck”
