Where do Mitcham locals go?

Aya Lebanese Cuisine

The staff are always welcoming, the food beats all other competition of its type. Not only is the food delicious but healthy because of being charcoal grilled. There is always a friendly, welcoming, lively environment every time I go and take the family.

Coffee in the Wood

A lovely coffee shop that embraces the heart and soul of the borough.

Deen City Farms

A small, local petting farm with a riding school and free admission.

Meza

Awesome Lebanese food at a good price. I would recommend a £6 lunch box deal, but make sure you order a little in advance.

Chicken Shop

Much better than your average high street chicken shop! You must visit this place...

The Trafalgar Arms

A brilliant gastro pub that has been refurbished beautifully. The outdoor seating area at the front is great in the summer.

The Castle

Jump off the tube at Tooting Broadway and straight to the bar! The beer garden is amazing. Definitely one of the best pubs in Tooting and South London.

MUD

Great brunch, cakes and coffee!

TOTA

An amazing restaurant for brunch or dinner, serving dishes from all over the world. The ribs are fantastic!

Morden Hall Park

With the River Wandle flowing through, there are meadows and wetlands with lots of wildlife and a beautiful rose garden. A fantastic place to walk, run or ride through. At the end of summer, a beer festival is also held here.

Tartine

A really nice café for lunch or a quick coffee with friends. They serve Mediterranean-style food and breakfasts until 5pm on the weekends.

Graveney and Meadow

A restaurant with cool, quirky décor and a great bar for a quiet drink.

Ambervision

A family business in Thornton Heath open for over 25 years and well known in the community, doing PC and TV sales and repairs.

MUD

Just along Mitcham Lane, this cafe serves a delicious brunch menu. The coffee is really good and the dishes are all served with a MUD twist - the prettiest breakfast I've ever seen!

The William Morris

Sat on the River Wandle, a traditional, warm and welcoming pub. Serves a great Sunday roast. Perfect for a drink on a summer's afternoon.
