Morden Hall Park

With the River Wandle flowing through, there are meadows and wetlands with lots of wildlife and a beautiful rose garden. A fantastic place to walk, run or ride through. At the end of summer, a beer festival is also held here.

Deen City Farms

A small, local petting farm with a riding school and free admission.

Graveney and Meadow

A restaurant with cool, quirky décor and a great bar for a quiet drink.

Honest Burgers

Awesome place for a burger and definitely some of the best in London.

Fisher & Co.

Really nice paninis, jacket potatoes and pastries. It serves a good cup of tea as well!

Chicken Shop

Much better than your average high street chicken shop! You must visit this place...

The William Morris

Sat on the River Wandle, a traditional, warm and welcoming pub. Serves a great Sunday roast. Perfect for a drink on a summer's afternoon.


An amazing restaurant for brunch or dinner, serving dishes from all over the world. The ribs are fantastic!


Awesome Lebanese food at a good price. I would recommend a £6 lunch box deal, but make sure you order a little in advance.


Classic hot and cold desserts, milkshakes and gelato served in a low-lit, purple and black setting.


The best fish and chips in South London, right on Tooting High Street.


A really nice café for lunch or a quick coffee with friends. They serve Mediterranean-style food and breakfasts until 5pm on the weekends.

The Castle

Jump off the tube at Tooting Broadway and straight to the bar! The beer garden is amazing. Definitely one of the best pubs in Tooting and South London.

"I have lived in Mitcham for 36 years. I love it for the schools which are all near to each other, nursery, primary and high schools. Easy access to shopping in Croydon & Tooting, train stations and buses for working etc. Access to corner shops if one runs out any necessary items. There is the Mitcham Common which convenient for locals walking and their dogs, riding & golfing. Beautiful place to live."

This is a crafty club for toddlers and carers. Choose from toddler activities, projects to make together or craft something for yourself while baby is napping! Then enjoy a cuppa and some yummy freshly made Graveney and Meadow cake. The workshops are drop-in and all materials are provided. Cost £5 per child.
