A punishing deathcore unit based out of Warren County, New Jersey, Lorna Shore blends elements of tech, blackened thrash, and metalcore into a breakdown-laden aural assault. Evoking the hard-hitting sonic attack of contemporaries like Cattle Decapitation, Thy Art Is Murder, and Rings of Saturn, the band issued its debut album, Psalms, in 2015.

Rebetiko emerged in the early 20th century from the voices of refugees and the marginalized, blending Eastern musical traditions with Western influences. As Greeks sought new beginnings abroad, they brought with them the poignant sounds of the bouzouki, baglama, and guitar, shaping a musical narrative that resonated with immigrant experiences. In the bustling neighborhoods of New York, the industrial heartlands of Melbourne, and the vibrant cultural scenes of London, Rebetiko evolved, infused with local rhythms and new lyrical themes that spoke to the diaspora's identity and longing for home. This performance celebrates the musical evolution of Rebetiko within these communities, highlighting how it became a unifying force, a cultural anchor, and a means of expression for generations of Greeks far from their homeland. Through a carefully curated selection of songs, the performance traces the genre's journey from the melancholic rebetika of Piraeus to the jazz-infused sounds of Greek-American nightclubs. Classics by legendary composers such as Giorgos Katsaros and Giannakis Ioannidis alongside rare gems shaped by the unique experiences of diaspora artists. The performance weaves together haunting melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and passionate improvisations, capturing the spirit of a music genre that speaks to exile, love, loss, and hope. Based on the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson and set in the 1750s, Mathew Dickinson Productions' latest production is Treasure Island, the coming-of-age story of Jim, a young Devonshire lad, who after the chance discovery of a closely guarded map, sets off across the ocean in search of buried treasure on a remote Caribbean island. On the way, he encounters a mutinous cook, blood-thirsty pirates, fights pitched battles, learns the value of friendship and loyalty, and meets a treasure obsessed parrot! This exciting adventure is the classic battle between good and evil , but with a touch of humour, a few songs and dances, a sea shanty or two, and some casualties along the way, all in the search for buried treasure! The show will appeal to adults and children but is not be suitable for the under 10s. Please note this production features sounds of gunfire and cannon fire, and includes scenes of fighting and death.
