Highbury Arts Club
Amazing place, so small that you may miss it if it isn't recommended! A family run business close to Highbury Barn, perfect for breakfast, brunch or dinner. They have now started doing jazz nights on a Thursday too.

Why do you find N16 a great place to live?
"I love Newington Green because of the close community and village atmosphere. The proximity to Clissold and Church Street is handy, but Newington Green has most of what you need. This part of Green Lanes is really changing for the better and it's an exciting place to go now!"
"Stoke Newington has everything you can want in one postcode. Some of the best theatres, bars, and restaurants."
"Stoke Newington is a great distance from central London. The place is very relaxed, there are brilliant park and woodland areas to spot owls etc and the cafes, pub/bars and shops are great. It is also walking distance from Dalston and Hackney Central. Perfect spot for me!"
"Stamford Hill is a quiet area"
"I live opposite wonderfully kept Clissold Park, which is great for running and taking a stroll around. There is a wide selection of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from when the mood or necessity takes you. There is a good library with friendly librarians, an annual literary festival, good bus links to central London and the proximity of London Overground is very helpful too."
"It's not far the city and offers much to do while keeping the street nice and attractive"
What do you like about N16?
Did you know?
"Fashioned on Stirling Castle, Stoke Newington Pumping station once supplied clean water to much of North London. Threatened with demolition in 1971, the residents got the building Grade II listed and it now hosts a very successful climbing centre!"
