And we're only just getting started! This January, we’re throwing our doors open for a night that celebrates The Clapham Grand in all its 125 years of glory - and we’d love you to join us Our Birthday Show is a huge variety night celebrating The Grand's past, present & future. Our extra special host with the most, Jayde Adams, will take us through an evening of comedy, drag, live music & cabaret telling the story of our rich and varied history. Afterwards the show turns into a party as DJs from our fave club nights past and present bring you an old school disco ‘til late Our line up is packed with Grand faves & extra special guests so keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements... Supported by Wandsworth Council and the Mayor of London, this special event forms part of Wandsworth’s London Borough of Culture 2025 celebrations. Expect a riot of comedy, cabaret, music, drag, archive moments and surprise guests as we relive 125 years of joy, resilience and reinvention. Tickets start at just a tenner, but feel free to donate more Contributions from the birthday bash will go towards vital restoration and refurbishment work in our Grade II listed building. This fun, upbeat Bao class will begin with a short demonstration on how to make two dreamlike buns and a fresh Asian salad. Then it's over to you to give it a go from your designated cooking table! The chefs from Avenue Cookery School will be on hand to help, and will be more than happy to provide you with some useful kitchen tips.
