A message from the current owner

We remember our first time walking into the flat and having that "wow!" feeling. Needless to say we fell in love with the space and all the period features! The high ceilings immediately stand out in the generously sized rooms. And the views of the communal garden are lovely. Beckenham is a short walk away and Shortlands is even closer. We enjoy access to the parks - both Beckenham Place Park and Kelsey Park are lovely and a short walk away. We have truly loved calling this place our home and hope that its future owners cherish it as much as we have. We wouldn't be looking to move had it not been for a change in our family circumstances.
