It is perfectly located within close proximity to the beautiful Epping Forest and Walthamstow Central (10-15 minutes either way by bus or car). Opposite our block of flats we have a Bannatyne's leisure centre, a large Morrisons and a Sainsbury's. It is also a 15-20 minute walk to the Highams Park overground station that takes you directly to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes. Another hidden gem is a quiet hill near Mansfield Park (on the left-hand side) overlooking the reservoirs - it's possible to walk there in 25 minutes or even quicker to take a bus. It is the perfect place for a picnic. In summer it's possible to open both doors to the balcony and due to its large size it almost feels like you have your own patio. The neighbours are friendly and always say hello. We've been very happy living here.
