Like many young families we had originally wanted to buy a house in Battersea but felt the location near Battersea Park and the size of this flat, which is somewhat of a Tardis, had much better space and ceiling height for us to live and grow. We often walk to Chelsea and spend much of our time in the park and at Circus West and the children attend an outstanding school in the area. We love the flow of light through the flat and the prospect of developing the next floor with private roof terrace is quite desirable when many other properties in the area are already fully developed. Our neighbours are young and energetic and the area is thriving.
