I've lived in this apartment for 10 years - I have always loved it here and will be sad to leave. The location is incredible, every Saturday I go to the Portobello market for my weekly shop and am well connected to the rest of London. The neighbourhood is safe and has everything you need within a few minutes walk. The building itself has had a new roof which is still under warranty, and we've invested in a lot of health and safety works in the last year so it is up to standard. I also renovated the kitchen a few years ago so it is open plan and lets the light through the flat well. Happy to show you around and answer any questions.
