When I was living there I realised the most important things for me were - all the rooms were a good size, even the second bed room - I used to love coming back on a cold dark evening because it's so warm and hardly needs heating - I could walk to everything - schools, shops, concerts and the Downs - there was a separate kitchen so I could leave the dishes overnight - in spring I had a beautiful Magnolia tree right outside my window and in winter I used to watch my daughter building a snowman in the garden It really is a great flat and I hope you like it too.
