We've lived in Chiswick ourselves for the last 25-30 years and used to live in the flat downstairs which we also own. We still live nearby. Both flats in the house were completely renovated by us within the last year. We love the location of Coombe Road. Walking distance to the wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes on Devonshire Road and Chiswick High Road. Lots of green spaces nearby. Great schools and social life. Easy access to public transport and locations beyond via Heathrow. Once you settle in Chiswick, one of the best spots in London, there's no reason to leave.
