A message from the current owner

The thing we love the most about the flat is the sunlight. Our big terrace is south facing and all sun rays that come into London are ours! : )) It's the perfect location for a G&T after work, trees, lounging. The great finish and use of space are a matched second, and transport is third. Topping it all is the great ambience. Marine Wharf is a fantastic location if you appreciate a bit of quiet in your home life, but you still want a lively neighbourhood. You have beautiful surroundings and other professionals around you. There are numerous conveniences like your gym, supermarket, cash point, yoga studio and a great café/restaurant - all, literally, at your doorstep. You can walk to Canada Water and hop onto the Jubilee Line. Surrey Quays is even closer and a short journey to Canada Water. You can walk to the Thames Clipper and Canary Wharf is one stop. We love taking it to the West End at the weekends - it's a treat. Moving for work, but wish we could stay!
