Pennack Road has a real sense of community spirit, and we are incredibly sad to be leaving in many ways. The friendliest neighbours I have ever known live all around us, and taking walks along the scenic Surrey Canal path can help melt away even the stressiest of days! Living literally a stones throw from Burgess Park gives you so much more open green space than many others in central London, not to mention the fact that the property is huge by London standards and the floorplan size rivals most houses in the area!
