I have very recently moved into my new flat and wanted to say how brilliant Justin was throughout the whole process. There was a lot of back and forth throughout, Justin was really professional and handled everything really swiftly and with great patience. I also felt he was really genuine when representing our offer and application to the landlord. He genuinely was really pleased when our offer was accepted. I just can’t stop thanking one of the sales rep at Foxtons. She’s not aware of this, but Amber deserves all the praises of getting the selling of my property completed. I sleep everyday and I think about all her help she gave me. As previously stated, I had a senseless solicitor, she never responded back to my emails but with Amber, she was always there to direct and help with enquiries that my solicitor should have helped me with. Usually, moving house and dealing with estate agents is my least favourite thing to do. However, Foxtons on Lordship Lane (Dulwich) have made the process smooth and easy from start to finish. I was shown around many suitable properties over one afternoon/evening, which made the viewing experience so much quicker and easier than I'd experienced with other estate agents. The process of making an offer, and paying the fees was really efficient - and I felt like the fees were much more reasonable than those of other agents. Prior to moving in, I was kept updated with phone calls and emails every step of the way, and our agent, Mimi, was more than happy to help with any queries/problems. Despite a couple of issues when I moved in, Foxtons have been really quick and supportive to deal with them.
