She has extensive experience in all aspects of lettings including valuation, corporate strategy, short term lets and renewals. Sarah relishes the challenge presented by a large-scale Build to Rent and delivers exceptional results for her clients.

Anoushka has worked in the Private Rented Sector for the past 15 years. In 2017 Anoushka was handpicked to join the Build to Rent department due to her experience managing a variety of offices across London and, in particular, her success in leading projects for a number of new developments in central London.

Shaan is the Manager for the Institutional PRS and Build-to-Rent department at Foxtons, bringing with him many years’ experience in Business Development.
