We work alongside developers to provide successful end-to-end lettings strategies. We also consult on all aspects of the market, optimising rental pricing and tenancy lengths, corporate tenants, market seasonality and maximising renewal rates.

Our proprietary technology includes London’s largest real-time database of lettings enquiries and transactions. These insights are combined with data from Rightmove, O2, Experian and other third parties and plugged into our data management platform, allowing us to segment and analyse audiences down to an individual level and refine lettings strategies accordingly.
In addition, the My Foxtons portal gives both tenants and landlords full online management and visibility of the lettings process, while our website attracts 6 million unique visitors a year.

Director
Anoushka has worked as Manager at a variety of Foxtons branches over the past 18 years. Starting her career as a Lettings Negotiator in the Chiswick office in 2004, and then moving across to manage the Sloane Square, Fulham, Richmond, and Twickenham offices. In November 2016, Anoushka became the Operations Director for Institutional lettings and the Build to Rent Market, and in 2020 Anoushka was promoted to Director.
Managing Director - Institutional PRS and Build to Rent
Sarah has worked in the Private Rented Sector for the past 22 years. In 2001, Sarah set up the first Corporate Services Department within a London Estate Agency after identifying a need to update the way Foxtons worked with companies and destination service providers. In 2011 she also took over responsibility with one other for the day-to-day running of the entire Foxtons Lettings Team. Since January 2016 she has been focusing solely on Institutional Lettings and the Build-to-Rent Market.

Karl has worked in the private rented sector for over 18 years and was an early believer in the Build to Rent opportunity. Over the last six years Karl has worked with some of the leading Build to Rent operators and amassed an extensive amount of practical experience around lease up and management. He has a reputation for getting the job done. Having won several awards, more recently “Property Week Resi Trailblazer 2018” and has also completed the IRPM build to rent course.
