The Learning Together Pre-School/Under 2s Programme is part of the Early Years Inclusion Pathway. The programme consists of twelve play and learn sessions that provide an opportunity for parents and carers to play alongside their child and support their development in a safe and supportive environment. An allocated key person as well as Health and Early Education professionals will support parents and carers with individual activities to support their child's learning and development This is an invitation only programme. A referral to the Early Years Inclusion Pathway by a Health or Family Support professional is required.
