A hidden gem located in between the houses of the Mapesbury Estate, which was formed by the local community. It's a great place to take the kids or just enjoy the tranquillity. Even some of the locals don't know about it!

The park is not large but it is one of the most beautiful in London. Superb views towards Chiltern Hills. There's a deer enclosure and lots of wildlife.

Hocroft Estate is the name given to a collection of popular residential streets in North London, inbetween West Hampstead and Cricklewood. Large family homes line the beautiful tree-lined streets of Hocroft Avenue and Hocroft Road. A number of good schools are nearby.
