Introduction Workshop - Overcome your fears
This is a workshop for adults where you will hear about scientific facts to help you overcome your fears, which you can put into practice!
Join us for a one-hour introduction workshop on OVERCOMING FEARS on January 13, 2026 at 7PM GMT.
We all have some fears that may have negative impact in our lives, preventing us from being free! You have fear of flying, fear of heights or enclosed spaces, fear of an animal (spider, dog, birds, worms etc) or even fear of failure or public speaking ?Join us for an hour to jump start change in your life and make the first step to conquering this fear and feeling great!
What we will do together? The purpose is not to carry out treatment but to give you practical information and tips around fears, this is for people suffering from a specific fear. You will gain some scientific information on fear and how to conquer it. How to analyse your own fear so you get to approach it differently (you will not have to share anything you do not wish to share with anyone else that yourself). Then you may, if you would like, participate in some practical exercises. And you will leave with practical tips to make the first step on the path of freedom from your fear.
Who should attend? The event is open to all (18+ ages) but places are limited so book here to avoid disappointment. The venue is on the Ground Floor, however please let me know if you need help.
This event is not suitable for people with severe mental illnesses, in registering, you declare having no known mental illness. Please reach out to your GP for help if you need urgent care or are in distress.

What should I bring? You will be sitting on a chair so let me know any issues with this and feel free to bring a blanket and / or small pillow for comfort.
