Fantastic olive bread and a great place to pick up a sneaky afternoon snack!

Buenos Aires Café

The best Argentinian steak restaurant ever, where the walls are covered in iconic photos taken by its owner. Definitely ask for an upstairs table overlooking Blackheath.

The food and wide range of beers brewed in house make this place so popular! They do scrumptious, fresh stonebaked pizzas and the views of Blackheath are great. A nice place for a drink and food.

Susan Clark Interiors

A lovely independent interiors shop, selling fab pieces of furniture, fabrics, small gifts and unique cards.

Greenwich Park

Going for a run is never dull with this on your doorstep...

Royal Observatory Greenwich

The observatory is a great place for all ages to visit. There are usually a number of exhibitions for all ages giving a history of time and space and the architecture is wonderful. During the evening you can see the green laser across the sky that shows the meridian line.

Such great service from this independent restaurant. The pizzas and the seafood are highly recommended!

An independent coffeeshop with a gorgeous sun trap of a garden that serves an amazing full brunch menu.

The Point

One of the most secluded spots with amazing views over London. Not a tourist in sight and the perfect place for a picnic too.

National Maritime Museum

Lots of quirky installations, a great little café and an ice cream parlour here too!

Heap's Sausages

Head here for the best breakfast in Greenwich! A great local family-run business...

Why do you find SE3 a great place to live?

"In the Royal Borough of Greenwich, a great village with easy rail access to London via rail. Great shops, cafes plus a lively market across the heath in Greenwich. Live music & family activities at Blackheath Halls. It's great whatever age or stage you are at in life! A little green oasis in the midst of S/E "

"For breakfast, I often go to The Green Cafe in Greenwich which is friendly and popular with the locals. For something a little more upmarket it's got to be Chapters in Blackheath. There are also some incredible gastro-pubs in the area. My favourites are The Vanbrugh and the recently refurbished The Pilot."

"Kidbrooke Village is nearing completion and is providing Blackheath, Kidbrooke and the surrounding neighbourhoods with a great opportunity for growth and regeneration."
