There are endless food and drink establishments around Clapham Common that have a lively atmosphere and The Jam Tree is included in these. It's amazing in the summer, as the whole front opens up into a terrace. They also do bottomless prosecco brunch at the weekend.

Hot Power Yoga has 2 sites they practice in, either in Lambeth College or at The Balance Studio on Gauden Road. The teachers are lovely and the times vary from 6:30am to 9pm so very flexible.

I was really impressed with this sushi restaurant just off Clapham High Street. They serve very good quality dishes made using fresh ingredients and the atmosphere is perfect for a catch up with friends or a special date night.

Nardulli makes the best ice cream! It is located opposite Clapham Common and there is always a queue outside in the summer. The mint choc chip is delicious!

I think this area, has beautiful houses, my home is a 20 minutes walk from oval station and 15 minutes walk to stock well station. There are also plenty of good supermarkets within the local area, including; Tesco's, Lidl, Iceland, and Sainsbury's. My Son's school is only a 2 minutes walk from where we're living, and everything in this area almost seems very convenient. It only takes 25 minutes to get to Covent Garden from where we live.

Battersea Park is a lovely area. I live next to the park and have always loved the greenery which is so rare in London. It's just over the river from Chelsea and is well connected by bus and rail.

Battersea is a beautiful, leafy suburban area - in the heart of London. Residential streets with a diverse community - great local shops and boutiques, and minutes from either Waterloo or Clapham Junction. Further, the park!!! Peaceful walks across the park, wildlife flourishing and loads to do with friends and family. It is a great place to start to live and appreciate London life!

I love Vauxhall because of its diversity, cultural backgrounds, convenient. I am able to take the public transport easily and travel to Central London. When I first moved to London from Scotland I was absolutely scared to the change. i was not used to the fast paced environment but I am fascinated in meeting new people for all walks of life. There are a lot of opportunities in London and lots of things to see. The most of all is the fact that I am able to see famous people which is a bonus.
