A uniquely expressive harmonica voice on the international scene, Adam spent sixteen years as musical director of the legendary Manhattan Brothers, producing their final album Inyembezi. His harmonica has featured on recordings by artists such as Sting, The Eurythmics, Incognito, and Joe Zawinul, and he has contributed to film scores by renowned composers including Howard Shore and Christopher Young. His own albums, including the SAMA-winning Free at First and the nominated follow-up Mzansi, showcase his rich, melodic approach and his ability to weave jazz harmony with the rhythmic vitality of his South African heritage.
