I've been the 1st & only owner since purchasing off-plan, & have absolutely adored living here. The super convenient location, and bright & airy interior have been such a blessing. The sunlight is a real mood booster, & it's the perfect central hideaway with a lovely layout that makes living effortless, especially with such low bills. The train station position has made the commute as breezy as can be, & then I've been able to enjoy the Surrey Hills & River Wey within minutes at weekends. The balconies, with uninterrupted views of The Mount & Cathedral, make a beautiful place for relaxing & entertaining (it's been so easy to pull down my city friends to enjoy a country break!). Plus I'm thankful to have made friends for life in my lovely, peaceful neighbours. Now I'm working remotely I'm looking to move a bit further out - it will be a very hard goodbye but I hope you will love it here as much as I have. I'm a big cleaning fan so hopefully that will benefit your ease of move-in!
