A message from the current owner

This little pocket of Ivy Road and surrounding areas which is minutes to the wonderful Gladstone Park is what attracted us here - quiet and calm, with plenty on our doorstep including Parkrun on a Saturday morning, a lovely library with plenty of classes, and the park café which does amazing fresh bread and bakes. There is a Gails and some cute, independent shops on the high street. The garden is large, private and very peaceful, with mature planting and a stunning view of the church. It is a little haven and doesn't feel like London at all. We love looking out the kitchen and bedroom windows to calming greenery. In the living room, we adore the high ceilings, period features, shutters, and stunning fireplace. There is plenty of storage too, which is really useful - especially for coats and shoes when you enter the property after a walk in the park! We commute into the City for work easily, using either the Jubilee Line or Thameslink
