A message from the current owner

Ruskin park house is a lovely estate with a 1930's aesthetic feel. There is a lovely community of residents from old to young with active volunteer groups for gardening and composting. There is a large communal herb garden. The estate is ultimately managed by a committee of residents through the estate company for which every flat owner, also owns a share. My flat is on the ground floor and looks out onto the central gardens. The rooms have lovely daylight with the sun coming in during the morning when I found also to be the perfect conditions to enjoy the balcony. The bathroom was redone only a few years ago. Unfortunately I never got round to redo the kitchen so perhaps that is now for you to decide how to make it to your taste?
