3. My son found a flat he liked. He called Foxtons and arranged a viewing that day. He decided there and then to take it and resolved to move in within 9 days. This person from Foxtons, Charmaine, was amazing. Her comms were spot on, calling back or messaging within a couple of hours. The way she dealt with the paperwork, helped with the portal, explained how things work were calm, clear, productive, positive and professional – but also friendly. She helped things go fast, After that experience, I am ten times more likely to recommend Foxtons. This person is management material. Get her trained for big things!

4. I recently sold my 2 bedroom flat (in Peckham, SE15) through Foxtons at your Peckham Rye office. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure dealing with everybody in that office, initially with Nick and then, over the last few months (until completion on Tuesday this week) Joe. Joe is very nice, personable and good at his job, he has a very professional attitude, which I like. My sale involved some complexities, such as my tenants first planning to move out and then deciding to stay on under the new buyer. Joe assisted greatly in my negotiations with the buyer regarding the tenants staying. I repeat that it has been my pleasure dealing with Foxtons and with Joe in particular.

5. I recently bought a flat in Peckham and Joe was the person who showed me the property. My house purchasing experience was full of unforeseen complications and took a lot longer than I expected or had been told it would. I’m a first time buyer and only 25, with no experience of any of this process. I also had a very unreliable solicitor and so did not have anyone to guide me or advise throughout each hiccup. Obviously Joe represents the seller, but regardless of this, I felt that Joe really had my best interests at heart. He was always available to ask questions and went out his way at every opportunity to help me. I really appreciate all his work and would recommend him to anyone. I don’t think the purchase would have completed if he hasn’t been as good as he is. In general everyone at Foxtons was very handy.
