I really love living here - it's such a bright, spacious flat with great views. I really appreciate having my own private balcony, especially in the summer! Its also very cheap to run and easy to look after. I'm only selling as I'm leaving London for a new job and to be nearer family. The area is great, very quiet and right next to Burgess park, plus a short walk to Camberwell, where there are loads of fab pubs and places to eat. The Camberwell Fields neighbours are all very friendly and there are often activities like street parties and yoga lessons on communal rooftops.
