A great location close to Essex Road Station and bus stop, and on bus routes to Angel and Highbury and Islington. Lovely quiet square and a really well laid out two bedroom flat. As freeholders, we have invested every year in maintaining the property, so it's in good shape. The basement flat has private outdoor space that I have decked and is lovely to sit out on on a sunny day. It has easy access from front and back for the shopping or the pram, and because of the square at the front and the garden at the back, it's nice and private. And Islington itself has a great buzz.
