The regeneration of East London and the construction of properties ranging in price and finish - from affordable to luxury - is great news for the London property market. Chloe helped us find the perfect apartment for our needs! She understood perfectly what we were looking for and understood our rather tight time constraint. She patiently showed us a large number of properties in a short time span. I particularly appreciated that while she was obviously interested in us making an offer, she never felt pushy, something I particularly dislike in many estate agents. As we were moving from Poland, we had very little idea about the complexity of the London housing market and Chloe did a great jobs providing us with loads of information, which definitely helped us making an informed decision.

I'd like to rate Francesca as I've been looking for a flat for over 4m and hence dealt with a lot of different offices & individuals. Out of all of the people who've been showing me around, I really feel like she is the one who cares to find a great spot and fit for what I'm looking for and I appreciate it! She's well prepared, asks for feedback and knows exactly why she'd show you a property and what you'll like about it. I didn't once go to a viewing that I felt was a waste of time with her. Josh stayed very much involved throughout the sales process. When necessary, he pushed with precision and at the right moments in order to get the somewhat protracted sale through smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
