Yasseen helped us tremendously in finding our first property to rent, keeping us constantly updated with the progress of our tenancy application and talking us through each step. Each viewing we attended seemed completely honest with no pressure or hard sell, so our flat is exactly what we wanted.
From the moment they stepped in to handle our sale, Foxtons did really well for me. They found me a buyer within a week of taking on the property. I suppose that was lucky for both of us. They kept in touch with both myself and the buyer every step of the way. When nothing was moving, because the disorganised and uncooperative duo representing the freeholders would not cooperate and fill out the LPE1 form, Christian from Foxtons stepped in and managed to reason with the freehold group and cajole them into cooperating. I was initially contacted by Simon Harmer at Foxtons Kingston, who proved very loyal in calling me up over a period of about a year, as we put the property on the market, took it off for personal reasons, and put it on again a year later. He was always charming and we had good conversations about the market, and he was so polite he never pushed the point about wanting to handle our sale, but I knew why he was calling, and he built up a relationship which made me feel, 'let's give it a go, maybe they are worth it'. I would say that the slightly higher fee charged by Foxtons has been really worth it, because it was a difficult sale because of the freeholders and I really needed them. Above all, they are nice and intelligent people, who understand and look after clients, and Christian and Ambhar were both helpful and a good team. Also, very importantly, Christian in particular – and perhaps Foxtons in general - had the confidence to use their role as a go-between who can talk to and email the seller, the seller's solicitor, the freeholder's solicitor, the freeholder themselves, the buyer, the buyer's solicitor, and can smooth out problems. This is a really key role, because when the solicitors go quiet, for whatever reason, having an agent who can be a good go-between who works with all parties and can call up all parties and find out what is happening can be really helpful in keeping things on track, especially when problems arise which might derail the sale, the agent is vital in creating a sense of confidence on both sides and of knowing what is going on.
I came across with Foxtons Kingston office about one and a half month ago. The agent who contacted me is called Yasseen. He showed me a studio flat in Richmond which was too small for us. He took the effort to contact me regularly and find out how do I get on. Yasseen was hugely supportive and patient in getting the paperwork done. It’s such a stressful thing to look for a new home. Yasseen made it as stress free as one possibly can. I am truly grateful for him and would recommend him and the Kingston Foxtons office to all my friends or everyone who is trying to find a new home.

I recently purchased a property through Foxtons Kingston branch. The experience of dealing with Christiaan & Oliver compared with my own property selling agents bore no comparison whatsoever. The purchase was not the smoothest of sales ( nothing to do with Foxtons) however both of them kept me updated at all times and always returned my calls promptly. Both were pleasant to deal with and never once did I feel as if I was a nuisance. During the last 3-4 weeks of the sale Oliver even offered to drive 180 miles to ensure paperwork was completed on time! My sincere thanks to them both. I would certainly recommend Foxtons to anyone.
