I really love how this area has developed over the years. It's matured from a stop on the way to City Airport to a real community neighborhood. The Excel Center, IFS Cable Car, and quick access into the city on the DLR and underground, make it an ideal area to live and/or commute. The water front view is really special and was my main reason for coming to this neighborhood years ago. Watching the sail boats race around the dock in the summer, seeing the sun reflecting off the icey waters in winter, or watching the migrating birds stop for a rest throughout the year, the view really made this home enjoyable all year round.
