The flat is close to great transport links; Caledonian Road is within walking distance and King's Cross Station is a bus ride away. There are new things opening all the time at the King's Cross development, which is only a walk away. The convenience of being near King's Cross and Euston is that you can get pretty much any where in London quickly. There is a gym on the other side of the park, but my wife prefers working out in the park. The flat is also near Camden and easy to get to the West End for a night out. There is also a theatre nearby. There are two Waitrose (Holloway Road and King's Cross), as well as two Sainbury's (Camden and Angel) to do the food shop, as well as a local Co-Op.
