Crossrail has become a hot topic of conversation in central London since work began on upgrading the stations along its route, including both Tottenham Court Road and Bond Street. Excellent service, very professional and patient. I was meant to move into a property arranged by another estate agent that had fallen through last minute. Charlie was very understanding about my situation and very helpful and showed a lot of empathy. He was very supportive throughout this very difficult time for me and my sister. He was constantly trying to find properties and contacting me regarding properties that met my requirements in particular my move in date which was very soon. He was always suggesting places to view and areas to look for that I did not consider previously, as I am not from London and I do not know many places. I have lived in Knightsbridge for three years and I wanted a safe area to move to, and he was able to help with advice. I contacted a lot of estate agents but I have to say Charlie was the best out of all of them. He is very efficient and you can tell this through his work.
