Last Friday, we had a lot to celebrate at the prestigious UK Property Awards, taking home coveted Five-Star winner status in the Sales, Lettings and Web sectors, with the Web and Sales entries securing Five-Star status for the second year running!
Furthermore, our Lettings and Web entries have also been nominated for ‘Best in the World’ status and we are set to compete against Five-Star winners from across the world.

Held at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, the spectacular evening, presented by Peter Bolton King, Global Property Standards Director at RICS, brought together some of the most prominent industry names amongst the Five-Star and Highly Commended winners.
The ceremony followed a rigorous judging process by an appointed committee of over 90 global property experts, chaired by Malcolm Sinclair, Earl of Caithness, with a view to recognise and reward the finest of property, architecture and interior design in the UK.
Ed Phillips, our Lettings Managing Director, added: “This has been a significant year for the Lettings side of our business, which saw us introducing our revolutionary 0% lettings offer, providing landlords with the opportunity to let and manage their property with one of our new offices for a year completely free of charge. We believe that these results help us make an important statement about our business and the quality of service we as a company provide to our customers.”
