If you’re a fan of Christmas, you have your pick of events all over London. Of course, you ought to see the lights on Oxford Circus and the snow in Covent Garden, but every corner of the Capital has its own festive schedule through December. Here are a few local favourites you might not have heard about yet.

An Ealing Christmas with the King

We sent the call out to our Local Office Managers across London to tell us what makes their area special around Christmas, and Miriame, Operations Director – Sales in Ealing set right off for the bright and beautiful Christmas Market in Ealing's town centre. And who should she see there, but his royal majesty, King Charles! We can’t promise you’ll see royalty on your visit, but what an endorsement of this market!

There's no place like Highgate for the holidays

Highgate, which is beloved by buyers and renters for its storybook disposition, has definitely received an extra dose of Christmas magic. Amie Roberts, Operations Director – Lettings, says to come around Christmas for its “beautiful village charm and great, snuggly pubs.”

Rockin’ around Camden

Let’s move away from the family activities for a beat. Camden really sets the tone in London’s music scene, with great venues for must-see gigs, and plenty of food and drink establishments around them to refuel. There are a lot of festive music acts in Camden this time of year, but we had to go with a true Christmas classic.

If you’re trying to get in the holiday mood this season, you’ll want to head to Marylebone village where the Christmas spirit is all around. With glimmering lights above the High Street, it is positively picturesque this time of year. (Although, when is it not in Marylebone?)
