Set within the Canary Wharf Estate, Wood Wharf is to become a landmark site of a whopping 30 buildings built on the eastern side of Canary Wharf, comprising residential, commercial and green spaces that will form part of the increasing number of residential buildings that are being developed in the area - like the first solely residential tower, Newfoundland.

Maira was excellent to deal with and she was very patient in terms of following up, given that my criteria for finding a home kept changing. Eventually, though, we couldn't close a deal but it was because I chose to relocate to a different area under a much smaller budget than envisaged originally. Great service, friendly and professional staff! They took me from their office and showed three nice flat in a row. Explained all details one by one, fees, what can be done or not, etc. After I decided which flat I want to place an offer, top to bottom it took 1 hour to sign the contract.
This was my first rental, so I was very unsure and anxious about the process of finding a property. Luckily I registered with Foxtons online, and within a day or two I received a call from an employee at the Greenwich office who had already found some properties for me to look at. She was happy to answer all of my questions and we even managed to arrange video viewings of properties online, since I was abroad at the time. I found a property I liked, and within about two weeks had progressed to the signing of the rental agreement! It was an amazing experience, and I am delighted with my flat. I have already recommended Foxtons to my friends looking for their first rental. I don't think Foxtons could have done anything better.
I believe that our purchase was the longest in Vicci’s four years at Foxtons. It was incredibly complicated not helped by the vendor being out of the country and difficult to contact. Vicci and on occasion Jenny helped and kept us in the loop throughout and I knew they would always go the extra mile when it was needed. It was a very stressful sale for us all but we got there in the end and still with a smile on our faces!
