1. I have been in touch with and interacted with Bradley at the Foxtons New Malden branch at the start of the search. It has been an excellent experience with Bradley, who has been a complete professional and very customer-focused, taking in my requirements and judging what I would need by taking in my feedback. The effort has been genuine and made me feel comfortable about working with him and Foxton in general. The simple process of taking in details and arranging viewing and calls to follow up have been timely and very proactive... I see Foxtons as a very professional organisation with motivated and competent staff... I look forward to getting the deals closed and finding a good house for our family.

17. I enquired about a property not too long ago and Mano was helpful enough to provide more information. During that process, Mano has helped me to find a property that matched what I was looking for. This means calling me up daily and providing information and updates about my enquiry of a property search. This made me feel that I had a personal agent who was trying his best to help me find a property. During those calls, he had excellent customer service, a sense of comfort in providing every single detail and concern. I was able to book a viewing with Mano on a property. What I really liked about his service, that he was extremely flexible in his timings - as my whole family was busy during working hours. Mano had put in extreme effort and time to show us the property, took our concerns and questions into account and providing us with a fast response. During my offer process Mano helped guide through this and Mano and his manager were successful in securing the property for us. I am really glad Mano was the agent who I was talking to and I am keen he will help us in the future.
