At Foxtons, we have been eagerly awaiting the launch of a new build rental development in Wembley Park, Dandi. It fulfils many of our criteria for great Build to Rent (BTR), so let’s take a sneak peek.

We’re so pleased to announce this new Wembley Park development is finally available for us to book viewings because it is, truly, like nothing we’ve seen before. “The future of renting” probably gets thrown around too much in the lettings market, but we’ll just say this is a new look for a London tenancy with ground-breaking potential.

Build to rent London

The turndown service

Have you ever lived in an apartment that you can honestly say adapts to suit your mood? Every centimetre of this space has been meticulously planned to move and transform to support whatever you’re doing. The first aspect everyone notices is the ceiling light that lowers into a cosy floating bed. But that’s just one amazing feature in a suite full of surprises.

New homes to rent

Hotel living at home

The suite also comes with service – something new residents coming from traditional rentals will relish. 24/7 virtual concierge, someone to greet you at the door, and even a complementary fortnightly cleaning service. These hotel-quality perks make for exceptional apartment living.

Incredible developments to rent

The time of your life

Dandi is the dream for those of us saying “I should find the time to exercise more” or “I’ve always wanted to try pasta-making but never got around to it” or “I haven’t seen them in ages, we really need to catch up.” Here, you live in more than just your apartment. There’s a brilliant social scene waiting just upstairs.

Rental flat with amenities

Lifestyle benefits

One of the biggest benefits of BTR in London is that the amenities cut down your commute, giving you more time to enjoy your day. Have coffee in the clouds at the sky café, challenge new friends to classic arcade games, broaden your horizons with masterclasses or enjoy the resident DJ spinning tracks in the lounge bar.

Renting in Wembley Park

Central London in under 20 minutes

Transport links are key to a good BTR development. In our experience, future BTR residents often haven’t even considered an area before we brought them on viewings, but they choose to live there because they want a gorgeous home with lots of amenities and an easy trip into Central. Wembley Central (Bakerloo line), Wembley Park (Jubilee and Metropolitan line) and Wembley Station (Overground) are all nearby, providing a quick and easy London commute.

Rent in a development

Tech and service, combined

Sarah Tonkinson, Foxtons Managing Director of Institutional PRS and BTR, said in her interview with UK Build to Rent, “I feel quite strongly that technology is important in the resident journey, but also that the human aspect plays a massive role. Residents want virtual viewings and for the concierge to greet them by name. They want a personalised 24-hour service, which requires both people and technology working seamlessly together.”

When you become a resident at Dandi, you get an app. There, you can sign up for yoga classes, order food, book a table, manage your co-working subscription, find groups with common interests and more. You’ll have all the building’s amenities at your fingertips. At the same time, there is a front desk concierge and an on-site team to make sure you’re comfortable and looked after.

Wembley Park area

Welcome to the neighbourhood

Wembley Park is the perfect place for an out-of-the-box development. It’s gone through a well thought-out regeneration and is gaining momentum. This stylish new neighbourhood is blossoming with exciting businesses offering great food, art, sport, drinks, shopping and entertainment.

Why we’re excited

Londoners traditionally rent as a transition to homeownership. In the Build to Rent (BTR) sector, developers need to provide something more than just apartments to entice people to choose renting long-term. BTR needs to offer something traditional homeownership cannot. If you’ve heard us talk about it before, you’ll know this means the development should provide renters a connection to the local area and other residents, exceptional communal spaces inside and around the building, an easy commute and service beyond compare. This is what we can show you in Wembley, come book a viewing to see the apartments in Dandi.
