Here at Foxtons, we love supporting communities across London. We are delighted to continue our partnership with Single Homeless Project, extending our work together across London for another two years, from 2024-2025 to 2026-2027.
Single Homeless Project is one of London’s leading homeless charities, helping people who experience homelessness or are at risk of losing their homes to start a new life. Working across the capital, Single Homeless Project provides outreach services, mental health support, accommodation, education and employment programmes, as well as practical assistance to help people move from crisis towards independence.
Creating impact across London
We’re proud to share that in 2025, we donated 5% more than the previous year and individually, our challenge events and fundraising raised 40% more funds than in 2024 as our teams became more engaged in fundraising. Whether tackling marathon routes, organising office collections, or simply giving their time, our teams at Foxtons have demonstrated that their commitment to this partnership extends far beyond the boardroom.
Our contributions directly funded essential emergency grants, move-on packs and employment programmes, while our teams raised money through fundraising and gave their time volunteering across Single Homeless Project services. Foxtons is delighted to stand with Single Homeless Project and work towards the mission of supporting and enabling people experiencing homelessness.
Volunteering that makes a difference
From renovating communal areas in hostels to preparing meals for clients, Foxtons have played an active role in helping Single Homeless Project deliver its services. At Single Homeless Project's annual Sports Day our volunteers photographed events celebrating client achievements, and brought festive cheer to hostels during the Christmas period. These experiences allow colleagues to see first-hand the impact of their efforts, creating a deeper connection to the cause and reinforcing Foxtons commitment to supporting vulnerable Londoners beyond financial contributions alone.
A partnership based on shared values
Foxtons supports Single Homeless Project in its mission to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live safely, independently and with dignity. While the financial contributions and volunteering efforts are significant, this partnership is ultimately about creating meaningful opportunities for people facing incredibly difficult circumstances. By supporting Single Homeless Project's work, Foxtons is helping individuals access accommodation, rebuild confidence, improve their wellbeing and work towards brighter futures.
