Our offices are now open, and following the conclusion of our COVID-19 risk assessment we’re pleased to begin conducting in-person meetings including valuations and viewings. We take our duty of care extremely seriously – ensuring that all appointments are conducted safely and in-line with Government guidelines is our highest priority and, as such, we have enhanced safety measures and new protocols for our staff and customers.
Guidelines for in-person appointments
In order to ensure the safety of our customers and teams, it is extremely important that before an appointment can go ahead we require all customers to confirm that they can comply with our appointment guidelines. If these guidelines are not adhered to unfortunately we will be unable to carry out these appointments.
Our teams are fully equipped to provide both online and in-person appointments for our customers. Please choose the relevant link below for FAQs to help with your transaction.
Our lettings managers and support teams are currently working with a slightly reduced team and we will respond to all emails and enquiries as soon as possible. Our FAQs may already have the answer you’re looking for; please follow the most relevant link below.
If you are a current tenant or landlord, please go to My Foxtons to access details for your current tenancy.
Moving into a property
We understand that many people will be in the middle of moving house and we will of course continue to facilitate this where it is safe to do so. Please contact the relevant office manager to confirm the move-in process.
We want to thank our incredible staff for their commitment and hard work and our customers for working together with us during this difficult time. We look forward to seeing more of our customers face-to-face soon.
Stay safe and well,
From all of us at Foxtons.
